DISCLAIMER

The attendee understands that the Picnic and activities for September 24, 2022 (or on September  25, 2022)  are being organized by volunteers. The attendee and their family group are participating in the picnic of their own free will. All Volunteer team members and Mercer County Parks Venue Shall not be responsible in any eventuality and are hereby released from any liability due to loss or injury, regardless of whether such ailment, injury, or loss occurs before, during, or after the Picnic. You as attendee hereby acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any personal ailment, injury, food or diet allergies, or loss to you or any member in your family, or group before, during, or after this picnic which is scheduled to be held at Rosedale Park Picnic Area of Mercer County Parks, Pennington, NJ  on September 24, 2022 (or on September 25, 2022). Since this is a family picnic, consumption of alcoholic beverages is prohibited. Please refrain from bringing any pets to the Picnic.. All rules and conditions set by Mercer County Parks For use of their Picnic area and any Health Mandates issued by Mercer County or the State of New Jersey will be applicable to all attendees. Admittance and participation in this picnic are solely at the discretion of the Organizing Volunteer Team. Any untoward behavior before or at the Picnic may result in immediate cancellation of Registration at the discretion of the Organizing Volunteer Team. The Organizing Team reserves the right to request for/ check photo identification and/or vaccination certification at the venue.

FAQ

1. If I make a payment now, can I cancel later in an unforeseen circumstance?

The last date of any cancellations was Sunday, September 11th, 2022. Refunds or Adjustments cannot be generally processed after that date.

2. What if weather conditions are not appropriate on the day of the picnic?

We hope the weather stays appropriate. There are pavilions with some overhead coverage as a precaution. However, this year, we have already reserved the same Venue as the Rain Date on Sunday, September 25, 2022. In the case of weather or any other major exigencies for the main date, the organizing team will make a decision if the Picnic has to be postponed for the Rain Date and inform all registrants accordingly.

 Please note: Shift of picnic from the Main Date to Rain Date would not be the reason for any Cancellation/Refunds, so please keep both dates in mind and plan accordingly.

 3. What about members of our Group?

This Picnic is for Friends of MP NYNJ and participation is intended for the Registered Friends/Attendees. Any changes to participants are to be pre-approved by organizers. 

 4.  What about the Age Bracket of Children in our Group? 

All our payments with Caterers and other Vendors are based on the Age Brackets of Attendees. Please support by indicating the Correct Age Bracket (and Payment) for Teen/Child/ Kid.
