“Innovation in MP” Showcase - Disclaimers
All participants and attendees (either as Individuals or as Company representatives) understand and agree that their participation and attendance in the ‘Innovation in MP’ virtual Showcase - known as the "Event" – scheduled for Saturday, 17th April, 2021, is being jointly organized by the Friends Of MP NY NJ [FMPNYNJ], Consul General of India, New York [CGNY] and Government of Madhya Pradesh [GOMP], collectively called the "Organizers", and is subject to the following Disclaimers:
1. Participants and attendees understand that the Event by Organizers is being organized by volunteers and is free of all commercial interests or charges. For any reasons, the date, time, format could be subject to change
2. Participants and attendees agree that their participation and attendance is voluntary, at will and free of any charge or solicitation.
3. Organizer’s decision on the participants who will be presenters is final and binding and at their sole discretion. Other than enabling presenters to showcase their venture, there are no ranking, award or contest of any kind for the presenters.
4. Organizers have no paid commercial interests in the Event.
5. Neither the participants nor attendees are bound to any kind of confirmed outcomes like possible funding of ventures, business expansion, or any other commitments whatsoever.
6. Should any interactions or engagements occur between any participants and attendees before, during or after the Event; all such interactions, communications, transactions will be between such parties themselves at their own accord, expense, free will and risk with no warranties from Organizers
7. The Organizers are planning the event only to facilitate and showcase ‘Innovation in MP’. There are no promises of outcomes other than introducing the presenters to the attendees via this virtual platform.
8. Organizers are free to promote the event in any manner deemed fit for purposes of marketing their efforts and maximizing attendance without any interference or objections from participants or attendees.
9. Participants and attendees cannot make any public or non-public claims of affiliation with the Organizers jointly or individually in any manner whatsoever. They can share about their participation post the Event.
10. Participants and attendees acknowledge that the Event may be recorded in still pictures or videos/audios and could be utilized in different media and web outlets or may be used for future promotion purposes at the Organizers sole discretion.
